Program Assessment Forms
We’re featuring a confidential residency evaluation form designed for T&W. Copies of this evaluation go to the administrators of the school the individual writer is visiting, as well as to the administrators of writers-in-the-schools programs. This evaluation helps us answer questions such as “Is our program working? Are our writers getting across to the students and school teachers? How can we improve?” We encourage you to adapt this form to your own needs; remember to leave enough space between questions for ample responses.
